Mondays

Well Sunday was a productive day. I organized my craft room.  I've been wanting to do it for so long. Now I can go in there and do something.  Going to be 8 degrees celcius today. I'm going for a long walk. So looking forward to spring.  Here is my room before and after.

more mosaics

After making a few leaded and foil method stainglass I was left with small pieces of colored glass. I didn't have the heart to throw them out. So Jackie, my very first student ,now good friend gave me the idea to use them in a mosaic. Well... we are both hooked and I had students wanting to learn to make it as well. This one was the second one I made. It sold so I made another.

Beautifull native orcas

This was my very first leaded piece. I enjoyed making these so much.
It was for a customer that collects native art. These are full size french doors
going into their bedroom. The photograph doesn't do it justice. The sparkle
is incredible.

I have fallen in live with glass. For a year I was able to work with glass full time. What a treat.

This lady in the tub is a well loved one. It sold. So I made another one in different colors. I will post it soon.
